No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Accidental orders
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at terkoclothing@gmail.com. We will gladly assist in resolving the issue by offering a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Please include your order number and photos of the damage/defect in your message.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
